Going back to work after maternity leave is a big transition. You might be thinking, HELP, how do I do this?
Parenthood is one of life’s most significant life-transforming experiences. Having a baby feels so purposeful, and this may leave you without purpose for your work. It can feel overwhelming, scary, and anxious. Join me in community with other parents and get the support you deserve.
In the Going Back to Work Workshop, you will be met with compassion for wherever you are in your transition back to work. All experiences are welcome, whether you can't wait to return to work or are distressed just thinking about it.
This class will allow you to take a mountaintop view of your whole life. It will help you clarify what is most important to you today as a working parent and show you how to design your life more easily and discernibly during this vital transition.
Come and identify the best pace and action plan for your unique transition to the working world as a parent. Be in community with other parents in your position and create the next best steps for you and your family with ease, grace, and flow. (*please note, fathers are welcome)
We spend much time preparing for birth but less preparing for the integration of life after the baby is born.

Together, our coaching will allow you to pause, reflect, and take inventory of this new chapter in life. The coaching will help you clarify and name what is most important to you now as a working parent. I will coach you on designing your life more easily and discernably during this vital transition.

IN this coaching package, you will:
Co-create an individual action plan that helps generate clarity and alignment
Practice creating clear boundaries and communication in work and life
Learn a unique process of letting go of your past self while you integrate your new identity as a parent
Take action on your values with accountability to create life-work satisfaction
Receive support in generating self-care in this significant transition
The package includes three (3) 45-minute coaching sessions over the phone or Zoom to be used within three months. In addition, text and email support is available in between sessions.
