About
The name GreenLight came from my first experience with the GreenLight Flash in Kauai, Hawaii.
To notice the GreenLight Flash, you must slow down and pay close attention, or you will miss it. The first GreenLight Flash I saw became a metaphor for gaining clarity on one’s purpose. It takes slowing down, mindfulness, and connection to tap into what is most true for you.
The GreenLight Flash is a beautiful phenomenon in which part of the sun appears to suddenly change color for a few seconds as it hits the horizon slightly above the ocean waters.
We are a culture addicted to busyness.
When you are in a life transition and feel lost, you may think, “I better get busy and figure this out,” but your purpose will reveal itself when you slow down, pay attention, and self-connect.
Nature is truly the best teacher when it comes to living on purpose. She has magical ways of showing us what is most important in life. So the next time you think of GreenLight, think of slowing down, paying attention, allowing magic, and listening deeply to your soul’s calling.
We can be virtually connected 24/7, and this constant stimulation hurts our lives, self-connection, and relationships.
But this GreenLight Flash, this beautiful natural phenomenon, is another reminder that when we slow down, that is where the magic lives. It is not about rushing around or keeping our heads down and glued to our phones and computers, but about seeing all the natural world teaches us.
“To pay attention, this is our endless and proper work.”

I Believe
Life is messy.
Your life experiences matter.
Tender hearts carry profound power.
Self-compassion and kindness are a must.
The in-between chapters of life are potent times.
Intuition is often a whisper; we can learn to trust it.
Listening to people with curiosity, love, and kindness can change everything.
Your purpose is a journey and an ongoing relationship; it is not a destination.
Why I Coach
Humans thrive with support when facing change.
When we have someone hold us in a sacred space with curiosity, compassion, and wholeness, we find ourselves again and again. We become master architects of a fulfilling and purpose-driven life.
I am driven by the belief that a more compassionate and sane world is possible, and it starts within.
