Grief is a Vast Territory
It includes the death of a loved one, but also the end of a relationship, the loss of a beloved career, life transitions, aging, and even the heartbreak of living in a world marked by climate change and war.
There is no competition or hierarchy in grief. Grief is grief. And grief, in all its forms, is pain. Pain that can also awaken us to what matters most—and call us toward purpose. In many cultures, grieving people are held by their community, supported, witnessed, and given space to feel the weight of loss fully.
Grief is not something to “get over,” but something to live with as part of who we are. Over time, it can be transformed—even alchemized—into a new way of being.
This offering is for those who want to explore what life can look like with their grief—where meaning is found not despite the loss, but through it.
You might be asking yourself:
How do I live life with this loss?
How do I move forward?
How do I find meaning in a life that has been forever altered?
If this speaks to you, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s find a way forward—together.
my story
Over 30 years ago, my world changed forever when my mom died suddenly from a brain aneurysm. I was only 24, and for nearly a decade, I lived inside the heaviness of grief. Eventually, I reached a turning point—a moment when I realized I could carry my grief differently, not by letting it go, but by holding it in a way that honored her memory while allowing me to keep living my own life.
Since then, grief has been a companion and teacher. Each new loss has layered onto the others, weaving together a deeper understanding of love, memory, and resilience.
No one escapes grief in this lifetime—I just happened to receive a big dose of it early on. What I have come to know is that the more we lean into our grief, the more fully we can live. It may sound like a contradiction, but I know it to my core: when we allow grief in and truly feel it, we can alchemize it into a life of more meaning.
Our work together is best suited if:
You’ve navigated the rawness of early grief and are now ready to create a meaningful next chapter.
You want to embrace joy again, live with purpose, and shape who you are becoming.
You want guidance that is both future-oriented and gentle with your grief.
